Kashmiri Wazwan: As awesome as its land

Apart from breathtaking tourism spots, Kashmir valley has a rich cultural heritage. Marriage is one such occasion in the valley when their rich culture seems to be beautifully preserved for generations together. Wazwaan, the delicious cuisines of the valley consists of more than 30 dishes largely made of lamb meat.
