The Express Shuttle Club, affiliated to the Chandigarh Badminton Association, will conduct the 22nd Smt Krishna Khaitan Memorial All India Junior Prize Money Ranking badminton tournament at Panjab University Badminton Hall, from December 24 to 29. The last date for the submission of entry forms is December 5 and the qualifying rounds would be played on December 25 and 25. Basketball tournament from Dec 1
Chandigarh: The Chandigarh Basketball Association is conducting Sub-Junior State basketball championship from December 1 to December 3 at New Public School, Sector 18 for boys and girls. Players born on or after 01.01.1999 are eligible to participate in the tournament. Dikshant cagers claim title
Zirakpur: Dikshant Public School, Zirakpur, cagers cornered glory by beating Alpine School, Pinjore, by 30-23 in the final match of the boys U-14 category played during Dikshant Invitational Inter-School basketball championship to lift the title. Meanwhile, Saupin's School, Panchkula, finished at the third spot. In the girls final match, Holy Child School, Pinjore, rattled St Xavier's School, Panchkula, by a margin of 18-10.
