Amitabh Bachchan: Never imagined Abhishek would be in Rs 100 cr club film

Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan is over the top with the success of his son Abhishek Bachchan's action thriller 'Dhoom: 3'.
The proud father posted on his Facebook page: "#Dhoom3 collects 100 + cr in first weekend .. that is incredible and just out of the park !! Nearest to this number was 80 cr for CE ! And this little fellow Abhishek is now in it .. never imagined this would be so…"
Amitabh Bachchan praising Abhishek Bachchan for his success at the box office tweeted: "'Dhoom 3' weekend collection all India is Rs 107 crore. This is going beyond all records ever !! And going beyond berserk," Bachchan, 71, posted on Twitter.
Also starring Mr Perfectionist Aamir Khan in a negative role, 'Dhoom: 3' entered the exclusive Rs. 100 crore club within three days of its release. Earlier SRK's 'Chennai Express' was the fastest to enter the Rs 100 crore club in four days of its release.
The third installment in Yash Raj Film's 'Dhoom' franchise had collected Rs. 107.61 crore by Sunday. With such massive collections, 'Dhoom: 3' has also toppled Hrithik Roshan's 'Krrish 3' to emerge as the new record holder.
'Chennai Express' and 'Krissh 3' reached the Rs 100 crore mark within 4 days of their release. Sanjay Leela Bhansali's 'Goliyon Ki Rasleela Ram-Leela' entered the exclusive Rs 100 cr club in 10 days.
On its opening day itself, 'Dhoom: 3' had beaten the records of 'Chennai Express' and 'Krrish 3' by collecting over Rs 36 crore.
Also starring Katrina Kaif and Uday Chopra, the film released worldwide on December 20.
