Quick singles: Butter fingers! Did Imran Tahir drop the match?

You can't afford to give this Indian batting line-up a second chance? Can you? Ask the South African camp.

Over 46.4: Tahir tosses one up and Pujara mistimes it, playing it straight to the bowler, who made a mess of it.

What followed next rubbed salt to South Africa's wounds. Pujara stepped on the accelerator and scored the bulk of his runs in boundaries. There was no respite from the other end as Virat Kohli, too, was scoring at a brisk pace.

The home side were clearly running out of options as the one on offer were dispatched to all parts of the park by the on-song Indian duo of Pujara and Kohli. In no time, Pujara raced to his sixth Test hundred. This was his first hundred on South African soil. After reading Pujara's score at the end of day's play, one things is for sure: Tahir is not going to have a good night's sleep.

Can Kohli pull off a double?

The way the Delhi dasher is operating in the middle, a hundred is there for the taking. Like the first innings, he has been in complete control of the proceedings and has left really well, again. He made most of the loose balls and kept the scoreboard ticking. If he goes on to score a hundred in this innings, he will become the first Indian batting at the no.4 position to achieve the rare feat. Yeah, not even Sachin managed that.

Morkel worry!

More than Kohli and Pujara, Morkel is the biggest concern for the South African unit at the moment. The team manager confirmed he will not take further part in this Test match and will bat only if necessary. Moreover, he will take at least 10-14 days to take the field again.
