Woman fighting for custody of son creates ruckus in court complex

Undergoing a divorce and fighting for the custody of her child, a woman created a ruckus in the district court complex.

The woman was then forcibly made to go out of the court after she tried to create a problem in the sessions court.

It was the second consecutive day that the district court witnessed drama and police security had to be called to control the situation. On Tuesday as well, the woman had misbehaved in a court, following which her matter had been marked to the Sessions judge.

On Wednesday, as the sessions court was preparing to make a decision on the matter, the woman tried to make her voice heard. However, then when she tried to misbehave in the sessions court, the situation was controlled by the women police constables who took the woman out from the court and calmed her down.

On Tuesday, the woman had requested the court to give an order saying that the custody of the child belonged to her. However, the case is still under trial. She had also torn a copy of the order in the court.

However, the judges and advocates who witnessed the drama said that they understand that the woman is going through a rough patch, but they insisted that creating a ruckus in court will not solve matters for her.

The woman has been undergoing a divorce for the past five years and is also fighting for the custody of her five-year-old son.

The woman wanted to get some legal documents from the court on the basis of which her son can get an admission in a school. The case has been marked to another judge on Wednesday.
