A juvenile court will hand down its verdict later this month in the fatal December 16 gangrape of a young woman on a New Delhi bus. Lawyer Rajesh Tiwari told reporters outside the court on Thursday that his client would learn his fate on July 25th. The defendant was 17 at the time of the attack and is being tried as a minor.
