The Empire State Building stands behind workers as they clean the windows of the 100th floor observation deck in One World Trade Center before a press conference. One World Trade Center is a memorial to the original World Trade Center that was destroyed in the 9/11 attacks. At its top will be the observatory which when completed in 2015 will provide a 360-degree view of the New York city-line. (Reuters)
