Indian army guns down infiltrator in Kashmir

Rajouri, Feb 27 (ANI): Indian Army personnel have gunned down an infiltrator in border region of Kashmir after the alert troops spotted a group of intruders at Keri sector of Rajouri district. The Indian border guards recovered an AK-47 assault rifle from the deceased and search is underway to nab his companions. The Himalayan region is one of the world's most militarized zones, with India deploying more than 1.3 million troops to quell the rebellion. India and Pakistan have fought three wars since partition in 1947, two of them over Kashmir that both claim.
